The nearly 1000 Award winners and spouses had a busy time in their 3 days of recognition, with 2 simultaneous general sessions, then 1 combined, followed by two separate Awards dinners. The generic look of the General Session broke through to the Tropical Gala event with a short turn around from afternoon till evening. Local Taiko drummers provided an energetic opening with a local feel, for the evenings, and Comedic talent rounded the edges of the speeches and the procession of award winners.
Mahalo out to local companies: Hawaii Stage and Light for both the lighting package and scenic work, Staging Solutions , for a nice job with the High Res package, dual screens(with dual format change-over in the same day), and Rhema Sound (who also handled the outside opening reception).
